USA: Currently, we only ship to the contiguous forty-eight states of the United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is processed and a tracking number becomes available, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Gleamseeker is not responsible for any customs and taxes that may be applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, it's worth noting that we do not ship internationally, so this should not be a concern.

Damages

Gleamseeker is not liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact the shipment carrier or reach out to our support team directly to initiate a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
